Using my own life experiments and creative ventures as examples, I love teaching people how to use their left brain / right to do all the things they’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t seem to start or finish. Think of this as yin and yang, structure and flow, or masculine and feminine. I want to demonstrate how these seemingly polarized sides actually can compliment each other so much so that once you understand how they work and learn how to harness each one within you, that you’ll finally be able to have greater clarity when making decisions, you’ll be able to see your projects through, and you won’t get stuck in idea paralysis.
What I Write About:
If you are interested in the following, I have a feeling you and I could sit down for a beer and talk for hours. This is what I tend to write about on this blog:
- Comfort Zone Challenges & Life Experiments
- Introspective Life Insights, Anecdotes, and General Pondering
- Self Growth & Personal Development Exercises, Experiments, & Resources
- Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology
- Self Awareness, Higher Consciousness
- International Travel (mostly life insights on exploring and the nature of travel)
- Break Down Big Ideas Into Step-by-Step Plans
- How to become an Implementor (this has been my biggest challenge of all)
- Learning Skills & Developing Mastery In Them
Life, for me, is really so much more than finding the right answers, but rather is about finding the most interesting questions and exploring any answers I happen to find. Of course, I want to be happy, of course I want to be successful, of course I want to be feel comfort and secure. But more than anything, I really want to learn about myself and life, I want to see what I’m made of, I want to see what I’m capable of.
I welcome to join me on this ride. I write this blog not for me, but for those of you who share a similar state-of-mind, intention, and curiosity. I am here to push you, support you, spark ideas, give you resources, and help you get to wherever and whoever it is you feel you’re meant to be.
Does This Sound Like You?
Using this left/brain, yin/yang, structure/flow, masculine/feminine route changed my life. For a long time I was someone who had endless ideas and grand visions, who had numerous semi-started projects but were rarely finished, and who could come up with a logical plan but failed to implement time and again. I had a wide range of interests and curiosities, and what felt like an inability to ever get past the beginning stages of them in order to enjoy what comes after that. If that sounds anything like you, you’re in the right place, and you’re meeting someone who completely gets the pain and frustration of feeling like everything is complete that this can lead to if we don’t learn how to work with it.
This all changed once I began exploring the idea of creating a structure for all the flow. I have been developing this process for over a year now, and while it is still in the works, I’m now at the stage where I’ll be blogging about it, sharing the results, and teaching others.
Scientest. Mathematician. I categorize. I am accurate. I love systems and processes. I am linear and analytical. Always in control. A master of words and language. Realistic. I calculate equations and play with numbers. I am order. I am logic. I know exactly who I am.
I am creativity. A free spirit. I am passion. Yearning. Sensuality. I am the sound of roaring laughter. I am taste. The feeling of sand beneath bare feet. I am movement. Vivid colors. I am the urge to paint on an empty canvas. I am boundless imagination. Art. Poetry. I sense. I feel. I am everything I wanted to be.
